I create digital artwork only. Physical products are sold exclusively at in-person events unless otherwise agreed.

Prices listed in Section 2 are base prices. Final quotes may increase depending on complexity, additional characters, detailed backgrounds, or deadlines.

My typical response time is 12–48 hours. Please be patient, as I may be handling multiple commissions.

If you submit a request and payment but stop replying for several days, your project will be paused, not automatically canceled.

Delivery takes between 5 to 17 days for standard commissions, depending on my current queue.

Full renders or highly detailed pieces may take up to 8 weeks. I will notify you beforehand if your commission requires extra time.

Rush orders are subject to additional fees depending on availability: +50% for delivery within 2 weeks, +70% for 1 week, and +100% for 24-48h delivery (only applies to sketches or simple flat colors).

Payments are accepted via PayPal (USD), kofi, Mercado Pago / Yape (PEN), or VGen.

Work begins only after full payment or after the approved sketch (when mutually agreed).

Invoices must be paid within 10 days. Late payments may result in a +30% fee or commission cancellation. (If you inform me of a delay in advance, I can extend the window without penalties).

Refund Policy: No refunds are accepted once the lineart phase has started. The only exception is if I, the artist, cannot complete your commission for personal or technical reasons, in which case you will receive a full refund.

Unauthorized chargebacks will result in permanent blocking, blacklisting, and a DMCA claim.

Step 1: You submit your request with clear visual references.

Step 2: We agree on pricing and timeline, and you complete the payment.

Step 3: I create the initial sketch. This stage includes up to 2 free minor revisions (pose, proportion, small adjustments).

Step 4: Once the sketch is approved, I proceed with the lineart and rendering. Major changes are no longer allowed at this stage. Only minor color tweaks will be accepted.

Extra revisions beyond the sketch phase or major redesigns will incur an additional fee.

Personal Use: Standard commissions are for personal use only. You may use the artwork for profile pictures, banners, or print it for personal use. You must credit me when posting on social media.

Commercial Use: Selling the artwork as merch, using it for branding, monetized content, or paid promotions requires purchasing Commercial Rights for an extra fee.

Strict Prohibitions: Absolutely NO NFTs, blockchain use, crypto, or use in AI datasets/training models is allowed, even with commercial rights. You may not remove my signature, claim authorship, or heavily alter the digital file.

Artist Rights: I retain full intellectual property of the artwork. This includes my right to display the artwork in my portfolio, post it on my social media, use it as promotional material for future commissions, and reuse unused sketches or concepts.

Privacy & Confidentiality: If you want your commission to remain private, you must tell me at the beginning. Extended privacy may require an additional confidentiality fee.

Commercial Exclusivity: If commercial rights are purchased, I will not resell or profit from your final commissioned artwork. Violation of this clause grants you the right to a full refund.
